No, we dont provide digitized files. The didgitization process invollves creating a propietary files specifically for use with our equipment and remains the intellectual property of 3HM Custom Prints. As we are not in the business of selling digitized files, they are not included in the services provided to clients. We are not a digitization-selling business and do not distribute these files seperately or as part of our service. This ensures the integrity and quality of our work, as well as the quality of our services with our internal policies.
Yes, you can. However, please note that there is a NONREFUNDABLE 30% graphic design service charge.
Due to the unique nature of every individual item we make, we only provide refund or replacements if items are defective, damages or lost in transit. If over 7days has passed since your order arrived, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.
Your item must be unused and the same condition that you received it. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. ANy item not in its original condition for any reason not due to our error is not eligible for a refund/replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your return item and that status of your approval or rejection of your refund.
